I'm Annabelle, a pastry chef and owner of Honey & Rye, a micropâtisserie based in Birmingham. I specialise in all things tarts, and particularly love creating tarts that celebrate the best in season! You can find and buy any of the products I currently have available here on this website - this includes my ultra-seasonal monthly tarts and mystery boxes, as well as bespoke services (you can read more about these here).

Besides my micropâtisserie, I also run supperclubs with the help of my partner, Ben. These are intimate dining experiences where we create menus from the food we love. Keep an eye on the products page for any upcoming supperclubs - you'll be able to purchase tickets there!
