I'm Annabelle, a pastry chef and owner of Honey & Rye, a micropâtisserie based in Moseley, Birmingham. After training at Le Cordon Bleu, London, and working in restaurants across Birmingham, I set up Honey & Rye as a way to share my love for all things tarts and pastry.
I particularly love seasonal produce, and take a no-waste approach to baking and cooking where possible. This is something you'll see reflected in my menus throughout the year.
I love creating bespoke orders for any occasion, and have a number of other services available, from afternoon tea packages to private supperclubs. You may also find me doing the occasional pop-up in some of my favourite places around Birmingham - you can stay up to date with these on my instagram or the pop-ups page!
