I'm Annabelle, a pastry chef and owner of Honey & Rye, a micropâtisserie based in Moseley, Birmingham. After training at Le Cordon Bleu, London, and working in restaurants across Birmingham, I set up Honey & Rye as a way to share my love for all things tarts and pastry.

I particularly love seasonal produce, and take a no-waste approach to baking and cooking where possible. This is something you'll see reflected in my menus throughout the year!

You can find me at various market stalls and pop up events throughout south Birmingham - just keep an eye on my instagram and website for updates and menus. I also do occassional pastry drops, which will also be advertised on my instagram and website.

Besides my micropâtisserie, I also run supperclubs with the help of my partner, Ben. These are intimate dining experiences where we create menus from the food we love. Keep an eye on the products page, or here, for any upcoming supperclubs.
