Besides my monthly seasonal products and various pop ups, I also offer the option to create your own bespoke order. I specialise in creating layered celebration tarts and cakes, and would love to work with you to create your perfect celebration centrepiece.
As a guide, here are some of my favourite seasonal flavour combinations for February and March:

If you'd like to go even larger than a celebration tart or cake, I offer the option of a bespoke dining service. I will work with you to create your perfect bespoke menu, showcasing fun seasonal ingredients and tailored to your celebration. This can be in the form of a pre-prepared 'Dine At Home' menu, including easy instructions for preparing on the night. Or, if you'd prefer to leave it all to me, I also offer a private dining package where I will prepare and serve the menu.
